Applied Skills in Integrative Health

The Advanced Practitioner Training – Applied Skills in Integrative Health is an in-depth, in-person professional training designed for practitioners who wish to deepen an integrative, body-based, systemic, and conscious approach to health and therapeutic accompaniment.

Held in Mallorca (Lloret de Vistalegre) and taught in Spanish with English translation, this training unfolds across three on-site modules combining theory, experiential practice, and supervised integration. The program is accredited by the Balearic Association of Natural Therapies and concludes with professional certification.

This training understands the human being as a body–emotional–systemic–conscious whole, where symptoms are not pathologies to eliminate, but meaningful adaptive expressions shaped by personal history, family systems, nervous system regulation, and social context. Participants develop the capacity to observe, listen, and accompany therapeutic processes ethically, responsibly, and without invasive or diagnostic intervention.

Across the three modules, practitioners explore:

Body reading and somatic observation as clinical tools
Nervous system regulation, breathing, and embodied presence
Nutrition, sexuality, territory, and internal regulation
Family tree work and transgenerational dynamics
Addictions, emotional dysregulation, and mood disorders from a non-pathologizing perspective
Professional boundaries, ethics, and referral criteria
The training places strong emphasis on self-regulation, practitioner presence, and experiential learning, ensuring that participants integrate the tools not only conceptually, but through direct bodily and emotional experience.

This program is designed for therapists, psychologists, coaches, health professionals, facilitators, and individuals in a professional development process who wish to expand their practice toward a biopsychosocial, systemic, and integrative model of health.

Upon completion of all three modules, participants receive certification as an Advanced Practitioner in Integrative Health, accrediting competencies in integrative therapeutic accompaniment, body and systemic reading, nervous system regulation, and conscious, ethical professional practice.

Zeiten & Ablauf

Schedule and Structure
The Advanced Practitioner Training – Applied Skills in Integrative Health is structured into three in-person modules, each lasting three days and held on-site in Lloret de Vistalegre, Mallorca.

The training combines theoretical input, experiential practices, and supervised integration spaces, allowing participants to deeply embody the tools while maintaining a sustainable learning rhythm.

Module 1: April 17–19
Module 2: June 12–14
Module 3: September 4–6
Daily Schedule

Friday: 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday:

Morning session: 9:30 am – 2:00 pm
Afternoon session: 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Lunch is included on Saturday and Sunday, offering time for rest, integration, and informal exchange between participants.

Each module builds progressively on the previous one, supporting a continuous process of learning, personal integration, and professional development. Time between modules allows participants to assimilate the material, apply tools in practice, and prepare for the next stage of the training.
