In 2021 we met in the breathwork facilitator training of Lichtatmung in Berlin. We learned a lot about the breath, its physiology, psychology, energy work and our own hidden potentials. This journey empowered us to create the blankbreath tribe which is a continually growing community for everyone to come together to breathe in, breathe out, let go, feel, laugh, cry and fly.
